Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation Or Reschedule With 24 Hours’ Notice
Life happens. You may cancel or reschedule your clean free of charge as long as you let us know 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellation, No-Show, And Lockout Fee
If you cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours of your appointment, do not show up for your appointment, or we arrive but cannot get into the home (a lockout), a fee of 50% of the booked clean will be charged to the card on file.
This policy is disclosed before you save a card, so there are no surprise charges. We will always send you a notice before charging a cancellation fee, and Stripe will email your receipt.
If Glow Clean Cancels
If we ever need to cancel your appointment, there is no fee to you. If anything was charged in error, we will refund it promptly.

How Payment Works
Save A Card Securely Through Stripe
After your booking is confirmed, we will send you one secure Stripe link by text or email. You enter your own card on Stripe’s secure page to save it on file. Saving your card is $0 today — nothing is charged and no hold is placed when you book.
Charged After Your Clean
We charge the exact booked total only after your clean is completed — your service price plus any add-ons you approved. Stripe emails your receipt automatically.
No Card Numbers By Phone, Text, Or Email
Nobody at Glow Clean will ever ask for, take, or store your full card number. Please do not share card numbers by phone, text, or email — the secure Stripe link is the only place to enter your card. Our phone team will stop you and send the link instead, every time.
If Your Card Needs Updating
If a card expires or a charge does not go through, we will send a fresh secure Stripe link so you can update it yourself. We will never ask you to read the new number to us.
